Mission Statement:

Oak Grove Classical Christian School is dedicated to assisting families in the instruction of their children using the classical model of education. This will be accomplished by employing developmentally appropriate and academically challenging methods. Our goal is to equip children to think and act biblically in all areas of life, inspiring them to lead and serve others for the glory of God.


Core Commitments:
  • Christian: Education based upon the truth in God’s word, non-denominational, integrated into all subjects, strong committed mature Christian faculty and staff.
  • Classical: A challenging academic program based on the historically proven classical model, including a strong phonics program, traditional approaches to all subjects, including math, history, science, grammar and writing.
  • Excellent: High standards that are developmentally appropriate taught by highly qualified and experienced teachers and staff; holding children accountable to act in ways that are honoring to God and respectful to each other.
  • Affordable: At a time when tuition at other classical and Christian schools are beyond the means of many families, we will strive to keep our expenses low so that our tuition will be affordable, sound financial practices with professional oversight; possibility of financial aid, based on the generosity of donors.
